The establishment is TOP! Insanely delicious cuisine. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The cocktails are very tasty, the beer is great! I definitely recommend you to visit, but keep in mind that the format of the institution is without Armenian flavor. A great place for company!

We were here a couple of weeks ago with a big company, great cuisine and fast service, and we were also very pleased that there are vegetarian positions. But everything was ruined by very loud music, it was impossible to communicate, you couldn't hear the person sitting next door. They asked to adjust the sound, they said they couldn't, the policy of the institution. Damn, well, this is an understandable policy in fast food, but here it seems that the prices and quality of the dishes are not fast food at all))

It's a good place, we weren't in prime time, so we didn't find any noise, we prepared everything quickly, there are no complaints.
By food:
-I didn't like the vaunted pork ribs at all, the meat is just bland-1/5
- Beef on the bone with potatoes is quite good
-Salad with crispy eggplant and pink tomatoes-tower cannon 5/5
-Cheese soup with bacon-well, 3+/5 will do
- Morse is also top)
Regarding prices, of course, as in the whole of Yerevan, there is an overprice. It's cheaper in Moscow, but, as they say, fish and crayfish are good.
Due to the pleasant location and fast service-4/5, it would be nice to put 3+, but okay.

One of my favorite places. I really like flank steak with pepper sauce. Pepper sauce - fuck off! I also like potatoes, shrimp dishes. The prices of the norms, relatively average in Yerevan, are completely satisfied. It was the third time, the dishes were brought within 5-15 minutes maximum. I also like that you can contact any waiter and your request will be fulfilled, and they will not start rushing around the hall and looking specifically for your waiter. I recommend it!

I loved this chain in Moscow for consistently delicious and not very expensive food, especially for branded pork ribs that just fall off the bone.
I have already visited the local Frank in Yerevan twice. Once I was in the afternoon and once — everything is fine, fast and correct. The second time we came in the evening on a weekday, the three of us. The hall was almost full. And in this case, the staff frankly does not cope. One of us couldn't get a bottle of beer for 30 minutes. And then for another 20 minutes he patiently waited for the ordered assorted ribs, but it turned out that the waiter did not hear this part of the order. Just like I haven't heard about a bottle of water.
By the way, there are still no complaints about the quality of food. The ribs are gorgeous. I tried a new "frankburger" with rib meat. Gorgeous! Buns, lettuce, a little cucumber and lots and lots of soft juicy meat. However, I asked you to make it sharper. In response, I was offered jalapenos (I don't really like them when there is a choice) or some kind of "creepy hot sauce "Ogonek". As a result, it was at the level of barely sharp KFC wings.

I liked everything very much! The food, the interior, the service, everything is on top.
We ordered big size ribs (with jack daniel's sauce), a cheeseburger with marbled beef, French fries with sauce and 3 beers. The score turned out to be 19k (I think it's not expensive for such a delicious meal). The prices are average, the menu is varied, there is a lot to choose from.
The ribs are very tasty! They are well-fried, with a crust, but soft inside, easily lag behind the bone.
The burger is also super, so far the best I've tasted in Yerevan. The cutlet is grilled, the sauce is in moderation, the taste is very balanced.
The beer is super tasty, perfect for snacks (Ayinger).
We were in the evening, the hall was almost full, but they brought everything quickly enough, drinks in 10-15 minutes, a burger in 30 minutes and a little later ribs.
The staff is nimble, any waiter can help, pleasant, polite and attentive. In general, we got high in a good atmosphere and had a delicious meal)

I really didn't like it. I took cheesykiller, and my friend took king size Ribs. Compared to Moscow and St. Petersburg, the portions were tiny. The burger with cheese sauce was really tasteless, but the vegetables in the burger were very juicy. I did not feel the taste of the cutlet and medium rare roasting from the word at all. Everything was expected after bad reviews and reviews. But until you burn yourself, you won't understand.
The food is absolutely not balanced in taste. A lonely burger on a large board with an unsalted cutlet and a ton of sour ketchup. They took assorted ribs, instead of beans they brought potatoes with rosemary branches, and how is it? What's the point of rosemary if it didn't give any smell or taste. One of the ribs was salty to the point of impossibility, apparently the salt that was supposed to go into the burger patty went into this sauce. Chicken wings in cheese sauce are more or less good, except for the taste of dried blood at the bone. The bill for 18660 is three beers, cola and three dishes. It's too expensive for this format. The hall is very dim, loud music.
There is no waiter attached to the table, a new one every time. We handed everything over to the waiters and the manager. We won't come a second time. If you want, you can come in for interest, no more.
The place is new, the interior is cool. There is no feedback.

Previously, I came 1 time, everything was fine, I left a review for 5 stars, but ...
Today a company of 5 people came, ordered 3 portions of ribs, as a result, after 40 minutes, 1 portion was still brought.
We sit waiting for the other 2 servings, an hour has passed, it turned out that they lost them in the kitchen, well, it happens that we refused these portions, asked for the bill, we wait 10 minutes, but there is no bill, we asked another waiter for the bill, we sit waiting 10 minutes, there is no bill, it's not funny at all, we we want to leave, and we can't! As a result, the manager was called, the manager apologized, the bill was still brought, hooray! 1.5 hours of waiting just to nowhere.
As a result, we were offered to wait for a compliment from the institution, we are waiting for 10 minutes, and nothing, it's just a cap, like some big joke, we could just make some kind of discount, and not keep waiting to continue.

The compliment in the form of desserts was still brought 10 minutes later, when we were about to leave. Damn, well, some kind of game is true. I understand that we could have lost something in the kitchen, everything happens, but we just wanted to close the account and leave, and we couldn't do it for 20 minutes until the manager was called.
