About the advantages:
1) convenient location, although not the center. The area is pleasant and calm. There are several metro stations and bus stops nearby. there is a large shopping center within walking distance. Cafes are at every turn, open from 6-30/7-00.
2) Clean. Cleaning every day.
3) There is a kitchen.
About the cons:
1) Very small rooms for so many beds. It was impossible to separate the two of them.
2) The toilet is in the hallway, it is always unclear whether it is occupied or free.
3) My room was right next to the kitchen, where there were parties until midnight. It is impossible to go to bed early.
4) Payment was required in cash, although it was indicated at the time of booking that it would be debited from the card 2 days before arrival.
Russians Russian guy at the reception pretended that he did not speak Russian (and I heard him speak Russian on the phone).
