I want to tell you about my experience with this bank – there are both good and not so good ones. To begin with, I liked it. Most of all, I am glad that they do not get constant calls with intrusive offers here. You know how it happens in other banks – they call about a new card, then about a loan, then they offer some other service. And then – silence! No annoying calls. The employees of this bank work in a different way. They're not trying to sell you a bunch of different products like they do in other places. Their task is simply to help the client and do everything right, not to generate more sales. For me, this is super important when a bank really cares about its customers, and not just thinks about how to make more money.

We opened a debit card for a non-resident, and it turned into a real nightmare. We spent almost the whole day at the bank: more than four hours of waiting, then another lunch break — no organization of the process. The staff is clearly incompetent, constantly confused, unable to solve basic issues. The information system freezes every five minutes, and employees throw up their hands and say they can't do anything. A complete mess and a complete lack of responsibility — I am extremely disappointed, I did not expect such a level of service from the bank.

We were passing through Aktobe and visited Freedom Bank. Positive : A beautiful noticeable building, There are practically no queues! Fast customer service! Minuses: Not a convenient, intuitive access to the Bank! The staff orients the client to self-knowledge and familiarization with instructions on various issues. (I would like to have more loyalty as a customer!)
