I took out a mortgage at Freedom Bank. At first I thought that the design would be a real pain, but in fact everything turned out to be not so difficult. The managers were very helpful: they explained all the steps in detail and helped to collect the necessary documents. The rate is reasonable, and the monthly payment is quite comfortable. The approval took a little time, but I think it's common for most banks. Support is always in touch and ready to answer questions. Sometimes there is a delay in responding, but this is quite tolerable.

I joined Freedom Bank on the recommendation of my colleagues. The impressions are positive. The offices are conveniently located, and the staff is qualified. The online banking system is functional, although in some places the interface could be more intuitive. Operations are carried out without significant delays. The conditions for current accounts and cards are standard, nothing outstanding, but there are no complaints either. The bank holds the bar for reliability, which is a priority for me as a client.

There was an urgent need to pay for Data Science courses, but there wasn't enough money. I took out a loan for 500,000 tenge, filled out an application online, and was approved in 15 minutes. The money was credited to the card immediately. Later, I closed the loan ahead of schedule, and the interest was recalculated fairly. Manager Aigerim from explained in detail how to avoid delays. I was pleased that they do not require income certificates and generally treat them normally.
