Implicitly, the tariff was set as "consulting", which implies a commission 4 times higher (0.5% vs. 0.12%) compared to the "standard" one. Why is it "implicit" - the current tariff is not indicated anywhere: neither in the application, nor in the account on the website, nor in the pdf document about opening an account. This information is indicated only in the email when opening an account, and in small print.
I did not receive an answer to the question "why the tariff is not specified anywhere".
On Wednesday-Thursday, I asked to change the tariff. At the moment, it is already Tuesday evening - there is no news.
So far, the broker is associated with a saleswoman in the market, who presses on the scales behind the counter - the impression of an obvious misleading of the client.
