Hello! The French Quarter residential complex is very beautiful, near a river, a park. There is a place for walking. Kaldayakov Street is very long, but I love this street. The sound insulation in the houses is lame, the neighbors can be heard well. If someone takes a shower, noise is created in the apartment or in a separate room (depending on the room size). On the plus side, there is no fuss (not a human), there is a river and a park nearby.
