The seller is not familiar with the basic rules of trade. He has no idea about pricing, turnover, or responsibility. A godsend for inspection organizations. It is easy to get criminal liability there. Remarkably, this has never happened before. Residents are turning away in favor of nearby shops. Everyone knows about the situation.
