I booked a single room with a Genius discount, but they didn't provide it to me when I checked in. It turned out to be difficult to find the hotel itself — the navigator indicates a different location, the sign is almost invisible. The key was given at the reception without specifying the number, and I had to go up and down the stairs several times because there was no elevator and no one offered to help with my luggage. The room turned out to be so small that you literally had to step over the bed. When the light was turned on, something fell off from the ceiling, there was no toilet paper. When I told the administrator about everything, he said that "at this price" normal rooms are not provided, and offered to pay extra. Tired after the trip, I agreed, but the new room turned out to have a hard mattress, an uncomfortable pillow and stains on the carpet. I'm very disappointed. The Friday Hotel does not match the photo and description on the website. I don't recommend it.
