Firstly, it is cheap, and Yerevan is not Paris, and I think that a priori a hotel room should not cost like a Parisian one. Secondly, if you just want to relax, so as not to touch it, and even more so to sit down and lie down, then this is your hotel. The guy from the reception tried his best, without unnecessary and inappropriate oriental obsequiousness. I just did my job clearly and quickly. It also bribed. Thanks a lot to him (they didn't ask his name, sorry dear). If we fly through Yerevan again, will we return to the same hotel? Yes, and this is the best rating for the hotel. PS: They promised to make breakfast. It's actually great!

We went for a walk in Yerevan , decided to stay somewhere for the night . We dialed the phone number indicated in the description and booked it . We arrived at the specified address, and as a result, we were checked into another hotel called MBM. The price was the same as promised at the Friendly Hotel. We went up to the room , dirt , dust , hair all around . The floors are terribly dirty, the stench is unbearable, the windows are all streaked. In general, the MBM hotel is not about anything , they also cheated in terms of checking into the specified hotel. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Please specify which hotel you will be checked into before you leave

The walls are very thin, and the simple conversation of the neighbors in the room is clearly audible. It is impossible to sleep. Friendly staff who come to meet you, but this issue with audibility does not solve.
