I rented an MG5 from them. It is possible without a deposit, you can pay even in cash in dirhams or currency, even with a card (even in rubles). The manager is Russian-speaking, explained everything, helped. During the rental, we wrote to him and asked him to pay for parking - he always helped. I really liked the rent without making a deposit, it's convenient, you don't have to wait later, if anything, expect a month of its return. There are also very comfortable payment terms - on the spot in dirhams or US dollars. When handing over the car online, they checked the toll roads, we had one once, 5 dirhams, they immediately paid. Everything is done clearly, delivery to any emirate, though for money. At the time of delivery, 75 dirhams are always charged for the sink. However, you can wash yourself at any gas station for 40 dirhams, or the guys run around in the parking lots in the shopping center with buckets for 20 dirhams. In general, I recommend it. They work clearly for the guys, they will show them, they will tell them, they will recommend where it is better.

It seemed good, but parking was sometimes difficult... moreover, the car has no camera, no parking sensors. The car was making strange noises, but this is probably the norm for it. She ran 44 thousand km, quite a bit for a rental car. Everything in the cabin is clean, odorless, everything is working. We were lucky to find a phone holder in the salon, it helped a lot. The Russian radio wave was set up - also a plus) At the time of delivery, as discussed, the costs for washing, fuel, toll roads were billed separately.

3. When handing over the car, the number of salik was verbally announced and they wanted to take 75 AED for the car wash. The car was certainly not in its original form, but it did not objectively require washing either. Did an employee want tea? It's a little strange in general

In my opinion, this is OK, cars are almost of the same class, other offices in Dubai are similarly full of "Chinese".
Everything went without problems, the car was delivered to the hotel and then picked up at the scheduled time.
The staff speaks Russian, and they are ready to answer all questions about insurance, parking, toll roads and fines (by the way, on the day of completion of the lease, they sent a printout of write-offs for toll roads).
The car itself was very fresh, clean, and the tank was full (other companies in Dubai used to give out cars with a gas station light on).
