A grand, majestic restaurant, a beautiful interior and halls filled with art and creativity of unique personalities. This restaurant hosts great people, including Putin and other presidents. The staff is very attentive and polite. We were on a day when the first floor was occupied by a special wedding service, over 100 people. We were content with the second floor, where live music was playing and there was a calm atmosphere. On weekdays, the restaurant is quite deserted, creating a feeling of lack of demand. Nevertheless, we managed to enjoy the wonderful dishes of local cuisine. I would like to mention the grilled dishes, fish and Dostoevsky's books in the library! Everything is as fresh and delicious as possible. The prices are too high, not for every day, but it's perfect for a special event!

But I have a very pragmatic attitude towards restaurants, especially with such prices - I just want to have a delicious meal and get gastronomic pleasure. And in this regard, the Frunze restaurant is a big disappointment. I ordered deep-fried eggplant, generally not bad, I met it much tastier, but 4 out of 5 can be delivered. But for the main course, I asked for the waiter's recommendation - they offered lamb on the bone on the fire (I can inaccurately write the name of the dish). And it was a terrible horror. 4 pieces: one is severely overdried, one on the contrary is undercooked, the other two are also not in perfect condition. I'm sorry for the details, I had to spit out the meat several times because it turned into non-chewable tar. In total, if you want to eat delicious food, I strongly do not recommend it.
