It was the first time we were in a restaurant. We came from Moscow to celebrate March 8th and our wedding anniversary. The choice of this restaurant was completely random. We and all our guests were indescribably delighted, first with the restaurant itself, then with the dishes and their presentation. And finally, the icing on the cake was a show program featuring great musicians and performers.

This place is a must-visit in Bishkek. Very atmospheric - Oriental expensive-rich, European stylish! Upon request, the waiter or the administrator will conduct a tour of the restaurant - I recommend not to deny yourself this pleasure - there is something to see here.

Here are adequate reviews, not that they were written in 2 gis. I was here for the first time, and my colleagues and I really liked it. The food is very tasty, with a soul, Frunze beer is also called fire, the wine is excellent. The restaurant itself is a bomb, not a restaurant but a museum, we were even offered a tour of the restaurant, they told us how they built it, they told us about the bas-reliefs, about the paintings, there is a whole picture gallery of them. I really liked the name rooms and the huge library! And the prices are cheap in comparison with Moscow Time. Although it is considered expensive here, I recommend it!

I'm from Russia, from Moscow. You know, there is no better place in Bishkek, IMHO. The quality of service, the interior, the service - all this is on top, 10/5 is my assessment. I've been here 2 times, each time I received a compliment from the restaurant, it's very nice, I would go again, but it's time to go home. I wish Frunze Restaurant continued prosperity!

Speaking about Frunze restaurant, my opinion is that this is one of the coolest restaurants in Bishkek, I would like to note that not only in Bishkek! Excellent dishes and serving, you can immediately note that the chefs are on top. A lot of work and money has been invested in the entourage, where there are paintings, metal art and it all changes periodically and is replenished, since all this can still be purchased in a personal collection. On the second floor there is a library resembling a restaurant in Moscow "Pushkin". I visit this restaurant periodically, as I value the atmosphere and aura of this place, so as not to get bored! The restaurant itself is located in the historical, central part of the city and if you visited it during the daytime, I recommend leaving the restaurant itself, take a walk in the park, which begins immediately after its exit!

Wonderful cuisine. But the ugly service!!!!!!! In an ordinary cafe, the waiters are polite and friendly! Right here... a dismissive, arrogant and completely undisguised sense

The best restaurant we visited in Bishkek.

I really liked the restaurant. Attentive attitude of the staff to all visitors. Friendly. The food is incredibly delicious. I ordered beef, I'll tell you, it tastes magical, tender and melts in your mouth. Be sure to choose a dessert. I've tried a lot, everything is made by the cook's hands, special thanks to him rakhmat. The cakes are not frozen, only freshly cooked. The restaurant itself is like a palace. The halls are spacious, the music is lively. The guy didn't sing loudly, it was very pleasant. The menu is small, but even this menu cannot be executed. At least two of the ten salads were missing (arugula had run out), and two of the five types of grill were also missing (pork ribs and trout). As a result, the grilled platter consisted only of sausages and chicken.

I will express my personal, subjective opinion. From the region - Pretentious, "expensive / rich". The price tag is not expensive at all, compared to the prices of St. Petersburg and Moscow. There is one big complaint about the menu. There is no national cuisine in the most mannered restaurant in Kyrgyzstan. Actually, they were following her.
Friends, if you want to surprise your guests, then this is not the place, people go to Kyrgyzstan for delicious national food. And not for the pathos of the 90s and the noughties. It is wildly uncomfortable to go to such places in 2023. Especially if your usual restaurant clothes in Russia are in the most expensive and delicious restaurants, jeans, sneakers, hoodies.
