After delivery to the warehouse, they maintained the tile at home until we were ready to accept it. Delivery to the facility - everything is clear again. They were carefully unloaded. I bought a large-format tile. They were brought in poor condition, a couple of tiles were in mud, which is very poorly washed (rain and dust that have been out of stock for several months, plus temperature fluctuations and this dirt just "bit" into the tile). The receptionist said that everything should be "well cleaned", the warehouse just didn't notice the dirt. The sediment is very unpleasant. As explained, the tiles in the boxes are stored outside.
