This is some kind of nightmare and not a center! According to the reviews, everything is clear in principle! Why do you have to pay the same price for a 10 by 15 photo as to take a picture? In fact, these are completely different services! If you can't take a picture of the first place beautifully and efficiently and people resort to other methods - in general, the assessment is one - I don't advise anyone

Terrible attitude towards the client. Instead of doing as the client says, the employee rudely responds and claims that 10x15 photos can only be printed on a passport and those photos that I provided also need to be processed, although I just asked for printing!

The employee has a bad attitude towards customers. I didn't get a normal consultation, they printed it out and the result didn't please me, I had to go to another place and they did it the way I wanted. I have applied to this center not a few times, because near the house, and there are always some jambs (for example, the wrong scale for the pattern) and disrespect from the employee. I won't come here anymore, my patience has already expired

The photo was not accepted for documents because it was blurred.Money is wasted.The employee's attitude towards clients is disgusting, rude, and does all actions with dissatisfaction. Absolutely disregard for customers, I accidentally dropped a screenshot of the file instead of the file and they printed it to me, is it really difficult to clarify whether everything is correct, in normal centers there is a monitor in which you can see what will be printed. It's just terrible, I specially drove here to print one piece of paper, went in 12 minutes before the break, refused to serve because of the "break", there was no clear answer to the question that there was still 12 minutes before the break, although the customer was served by another. I have never written reviews, but this is complete lawlessness and arbitrariness. I ask the management to respond to this in some way. But I advise you not to visit this place with such a relationship to customers.

I have been contacted a lot of times and always only one negative. I kept thinking that today another employee would take a better photo than the last one. The guys are doing their job disgustingly. The last two times, the photo was cut off by half of the human body and the sharpness was reduced so that it was difficult to recognize the person. We changed the scale without approval. Sometimes, when applying to print a photo, they answer that they cannot improve the quality of the photo (but they do not look up from their phone). I appeal to the head of the PHOTO CENTER, will you take measures and improve the quality of your employees' work (making panoramic photos)

They arrange breaks as they please, you don't have to look at the work schedule. Photos are printed for 30 minutes (apparently they print for 2 minutes and just stare at the phone for another 28 minutes). The service level is below the baseboard. Management, take action! 13.04.2022
