We travelled to Emirates to the Rixos Bab Al Bahr hotel with Fun and sun. Everything was just as I expected or even better, they impressed us by giving privat car and some of tasty good at the exit of airport, and helped us whenever we asked them. One of the best tour operators

We stayed at the Fun&Sun family Sultan garden resort 5* using the ultra all inclusive system, and received the all inclusive service. I'll start with the cons. The stated conditions of ultra are not fulfilled, talking at the reception is a waste of time. Replenishment of the mini-bar was paid (free daily), unlimited laundry - according to the price list, access to only 2 restaurants by appointment, i.e. not unlimited, but 2 times per rest, sauna - 30 minutes once (instead of 30 minutes daily), late check-out at 18.00 only for an additional fee - $ 100..., that is, I understand that there was still enough room in the hotel and it was possible to stay in it until 18.00. And a huge disadvantage is that every evening there is a musical program with the same repertoire. On the fourth day, I got tired of it. Or employees strive to have the repertoire memorized. The bus from the airport to the hotel, to put it mildly, can only be reached by lying down, almost all the seat backs are broken. The guide looked very nice, but at the meeting he reacted very sharply to people who tried to make suggestions, for example, to think about excursions... ADVANTAGES: good location, shore without corals, sun beds and towels with a reserve, despite the large number of vacationers, bars and cafes work perfectly, the staff is polite, the food is fresh there is a large selection for all needs and tastes. You can get bottled water at any place. The bathrooms are clean- they clean properly. The Toucan Club is more likely for children under the age of 8, but there is a lot of animation and contests. The girls tell the program daily, yoga and oriental dances are held. In the evening, there are performances of various kinds, but the music program for adults is the same (I wrote about this above), the disco in the basement for adults is nothing. On the plus side, they wish you a happy birthday (if you celebrate it during your vacation) with cheerful drum rhythms there and there. CONCLUSION: it's useless to take the ultra system- you won't get it, you'll pay anyway as in the all-inclusive system.. we simply overpaid the money for nothing and did not receive the stated amenities. Recent photos that are not performed using the ultra all inclusive system. You can go, but don't overpay, you still won't get what they promise.

We arrived in Tai through this company.Dagazh was stolen for 3 days without clothes and hygiene products.We write to the company and call the hotline, they don't care.The tour is paid for, but the tourists' inconveniences do not bother them.A lot of money has been spent to go to the beach, but the company doesn't care about letters at the airport or to the company.I do not advise you to fly through this tour operator, otherwise you will spend all the money on going to the beach, and not on entertainment in Thailand.
