Бронь #8213733. Светлана Матвеева, уровень общения и компетенций- глухая деревенька конец 90х. Обещает перезвонить, не перезванивает, информацией не владеет, перебивает, грубит, бросает трубку. По вопросу соответствия стандартам работы TUI как партнера- буду общаться с московским офисом. Летаем через Туи ещё со времён Мостревела и НИКОГДА НИЧЕГО подобного, настолько хабальского и клиентоНЕориентированного не встречалось Категорически не рекомендую!!
