This place is the best discovery I've made in Izmir lately, thanks to the Yandex selection for the tip (it's one of the top specialty coffee shops and happened to be on my way, and I'm sure I'll be returning there specifically in the future). Everything coincided for me here: first of all, it's just amazingly good coffee. According to tradition, I took a funnel, chose a grain and did not lose - there was nectar in the cup, exactly what I needed - coffee and dessert at the same time, for the first time in a long time I felt all the descriptors stated on the pack (a bright bouquet, light berry tartness, and at the end it seemed like a creamy vanilla aftertaste). The second drink was flat white, an excellent blend, a stable cup until the last sip, and I would like to drink it brewed like this in other places. The atmosphere and the team: I really appreciate it when people are in the coffee business "for love", it always feels like an extra drop of magic in the air and in the cup, cozy, pleasant, friendly, that's exactly how it is here. We returned in the morning and also appreciated the pastries (the softest fresh French snail with raisins, I recommend a cup. It seems to me that it is prepared right on the spot). And of course, thanks a lot to the guys for the opportunity to bring along a new friend, the Colombian Finca LaLoma.
