The staff is rude and indifferent to visitors. The children are not paying attention, they are sitting with the phone or just chatting with each other. When we went to Shymkent, we visited for the sake of children, then their service is good many times than in the airport of Almaty. From their treatment of us and the child , we felt as if we had entered the neighbors' yard without asking 🥹
