We made glasses to order, we asked for them urgently, because we need them for work. We waited a week. We came to pick them up, they said we weren't ready, and asked us to wait a little longer. We arrived again, rescheduled for three days, as it turned out, we didn't even start making lenses. When ordering, the blonde employee immediately "sniffed" the most expensive lenses without offering an alternative, although before that they consulted with another employee, who immediately voiced several more budget options.
