The consultant (Tatiana, as it turned out later) was busy with another client, but with a short glance she showed that she noticed me. At the first pause in the conversation, she asked me to wait and suggested that if I came with a specific question, then contact an ophthalmologist (Abdallah), but clarified that she would join us later. The goodwill and attention of both specialists bribed. Abdullah is just great! He gave me almost 40 minutes and picked up multifocals with a result of one. All the previous opticians said that this was impossible in my case. Then it was Tatiana's turn. She told us in an accessible way about the available lenses, their features, and helped us choose the frame in a very tactful and unobtrusive manner (the family later rated the choice as ideal). This tandem of professionals made my day both an acquisition and a mood. bravo! I can't help but add that such employees in any organization make up the golden personnel fund. Thank you. Keep it up ! Now I know exactly where I will order the next pair of glasses and which optics to recommend to all my friends, acquaintances and colleagues))
