It's terrible, they picked up glasses that don't fit at all. The frame is not the same at all, the glasses fall off, as a result, they did not want to fix anything, they sent them to the workshop, where they still need to pay extra money for the correction. I highly do not recommend it.

The organization failed me. When they say that the waiting time for lenses is 2-3 business days (and indicate the order completion date on 06/25/2025 on the receipt), I want to be sure that I will receive the order on time. But no one called me. I decided to drive up myself, to clarify. Instead of an explanation and help, a rude "wait for the call." Wait... how long? Another week, a month, two months? If you are not ready to do the work efficiently and on time, then at least do not take payment in advance. I paid the money and was left with nothing. Because I needed the lenses as soon as possible. You'll have to look elsewhere and purchase it again. You are being held accountable for your irresponsibility towards customers and lack of service.
