I contacted the service to replace the thresholds on my Camry, as the old ones had completely rotted away from the reagents. I chose galvanized repair kits with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The craftsmen did a good job: they completely cut out the dust, treated the internal cavities with high-quality anticorrosion and carefully welded new elements. The seams were cleaned so that after painting and finishing polishing they could not be distinguished from the factory ones at all.
