We really liked it. The chicken is well fried, the rice is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Miso soup was served with the second course, which was also very good. Dessert pudding 10/10 I recommend, super creamy dense with a light taste of black tea. The portions are large.
The staff is too polite for me.
The kitchen is not wow. It's just that everything is cooked well. But the prices bite, they left 500k for everything.

That's great! Real Japanese cuisine, very tasty! The best ramen and miso soup in town, fresh sushi/rolls. Amazingly delicious desserts, one ice cream with wasabi or pudding with fried tea is worth it! The service is excellent! They even send me off with bows.

Shev is a chef from Japan, very nice staff.
This is exactly Japanese cuisine! Not an adaptation to the European one, as is often done, but a real authentic Japanese one).
Many ingredients are imported from Japan, so the price is reasonable, slightly above average.

I am delighted with this restaurant!
I have not met such service yet, perhaps this is the culture of Japan, but I still really liked it, the whole staff greets and accompanies each client with a bow, the food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and I was also very pleased with the service dessert at the end of the meal. Everything is fine!!!

To be honest, I expected more from the best Japanese restaurant in Tashkent. For example, I did not find such a traditional dish for Japanese restaurants as ebi tempura on the menu. But in general, both unagi and sashimi were well cooked. Although the prices, of course, are high. So, unagi in Russia is usually two times cheaper. It's a pity I didn't ask where the eel came from.

Чудо оазис японской культуры, затерявшийся между переулками старых домов и новостроек, с замечательным шеф-поваром, качественным обслуживанием и атмосферным окружением.
Верный признак "правильного заведения" этнической кухни - множество регулярно наведывающихся японцев.
Конечно, экзотических, для здешних мест, блюд вы не найдете в меню - все довольно популярно. И все же, в части блюд прямо ощущаешь влияние японского мастера-повара.
С удовольствием рекомендую это место. Аригато!

Один из лучших ресторанов Ташкента. Уж точно в категории "кухня Восточной Азии". Прекрасный уютный интерьер. Идеальный сервис. Все блюда очень вкусные. Шеф-повар японец, который наверняка и определяет всю концепцию заведения. Цены выше среднего, но оно того стоит.

Кто хочет почувствовать себя как в кафе в Японии, найдет это здесь. Цены чуть выше чем среднее заведение в Ташкенте, но каждое блюдо точно вкусней или лучше качеством, уникальностью. К тому же каждый раз при посещении, шеф повар угощал нас комплементами, воду официант любезно предлагает сразу. Внимание к деталям на японском уровне)

It's not worth the money, I booked for two - I confused the empty hall when we entered. We were sitting all alone, what is worth noting is that the waiters are very attentive and serve very smartly. The kitchen is also very fast. The rolls and salads are delicious, I didn't like the soups. The prices are much higher than average, not worth the money. I do not recommend it

I booked a table for the evening by phone. Although, as it turned out, even at that time the hall was not crowded. It's not a bad place, but objectively it's an overprice. They are served by nice young guys. There are many interesting dishes on the menu, but almost all with meat or fish (vegans have nothing special to catch here). It was not possible to find something really extraordinary and atypical in the menu. Soups (Ramen and Udon) were unexpectedly disappointed, they lacked some brightness of taste and sharpness. The rest was just at a good level. The tried Sake (Daiginjo) personally surprised me in the best possible way, a really soft and delicious drink. Korokke Curry (potato patties with rice) I can also safely recommend it. Well, a very pleasant bonus was to receive two compliments from the institution — sushi and dessert. They also turned out to be quite worthy. As a result, a hearty dinner for two people (5 courses and Sake), including a percentage for service (15%), cost us exactly one million soums.

Сервис отличный.
Истинно японский вкус блюд.
Мисосиру суп обычно заказываю, но в этот раз захотелось супчика из рыбы, его в меню нет. Но! Шеф выслышал мои предпочтения и приготовил супчик индивидуально для меня.
Уборная наичистейшая. Как будто вновь оказалась в Японии.
Стоимость блюд выше среднего.
В этот раз платила не я😊🙏

Очень рекомендую ресторан: свежайшая рыба и овощи, аутентичные блюда. Деликатный официант Вова принес нам десерт в качестве комплимента, было очень приятно!

Великолепное место! Это однозначно 5 звезд из 5. Сервис на высочайшем уровне, атмосфера - как будто попал в Японию. Суши выше всяких похвал. Отдельное спасибо за комплемент от заведения! 😌 Браво!
