08/11/25 I ordered two sets and 7 soy sauces for lunch to celebrate my birthday. The sets arrived on time, but not a single soy sauce was put in. I called the delivery office and they said they would arrive in 30-40 minutes. As a result, we waited all 50 minutes without even apologizing for the delay and forgetfulness. Considering what was ordered for lunch and about, the mood was spoiled. Before that, we ordered rice with shrimp from them, but instead we brought rice with chicken, which is 4 rubles cheaper. The difference was refunded only after a call to customer support. There was also an order where the delivery was delayed by more than 30 minutes, and it was also delivered without any apologies. In general, there are big issues with the quality of order fulfillment and customer orientation. I don't really want to order anything there anymore.

I chose the two most expensive rolls on the menu in order to somehow use the amount of the certificate. The delivery was delayed by 15 minutes without warning. The rolls themselves turned out to be absolutely tasteless. The filling had a strange and incomprehensible consistency.

And there are big questions about the product itself - the simplest salmon rolls without cheese have been badly ruined!!! Why is there a smelly smoked salmon?! The "Beloved" set is no better. The picture is beautiful, in fact, the taste is not bright, expressionless, and this canned food. Why is she being shoved into all the rolls?! We will not order any more here!
