There is virtually nowhere to walk for lunch - on one side of the MKAD, on the second avenue, on the third cemetery. You can go in the fourth direction, to Vsekhsvyatskaya St.. Most likely you will walk along the same routes, there will be no diversity in this plan. There is an obvious problem with elevators. There are 8 of them in total, 4 serve floors 1-12 (right elevators), 4 serve floors 1, 6, 13-25 (left elevators). If you need to get to work on the right elevators, then you are lucky, there are no queues there in the mornings and evenings. Otherwise, a very cozy and beautiful business center, a spacious lobby on the ground floor, beautiful views from the upper floors. Everything is fresh, looks nice, is often cleaned.
