I go to work in this office. It is convenient both by metro and by car (large Parking lots nearby). As a Minsk business center, this is certainly beyond praise. Stylish, beautiful and functional inside and modern outside - the facade is decorated with diodes that render dynamic advertising in the evenings.
If you have a choice in employment and one of the offices in Futuris, choose Futuris.
I will also add: 8 elevators, practically do not have to wait long, fly between floors quickly; a bistro on the ground floor with excellent prices, a cafe, a gym. The office is round the clock.

Disclaimer. It looks beautiful on the outside and inside. But for a third-party visitor, there is one solid fat minus. This is my personal value judgment. I didn't find anything good. One solid .....full ....achtung with parking , saves. A mile over the fence, but there's a long way to go to the entrance. Perhaps it is normal for tenants to park, but as a person, it is inconvenient to go in for small small business, on public transport, too, very much... There are no stops nearby (far away in Uruchye and the Metro).

Nice modern business center. I drive a car, there is no dedicated space, I park in the general parking lot around the building, I have never experienced any problems with the availability of seats. In extreme cases, it is necessary to walk a little to the main entrance, but no further than to the nearest metro station, which is also present here within walking distance. Downstairs there is a dining room, two coffee shops. If you really want to diversify your lunches, you can go to the Pit stop in Korona, or take a ride to Dana Mall / Uruchye metro station. If you want to save money - through the BNTU canteen avenue with low prices for lunches. There is virtually nowhere to walk for lunch - on one side of the MKAD, on the second avenue, on the third cemetery. You can go in the fourth direction, to Vsekhsvyatskaya St.. Most likely you will walk along the same routes, there will be no diversity in this plan. There is an obvious problem with elevators. There are 8 of them in total, 4 serve floors 1-12 (right elevators), 4 serve floors 1, 6, 13-25 (left elevators). If you need to get to work on the right elevators, then you are lucky, there are no queues there in the mornings and evenings. However, if you are destined to take the left elevators and you arrive by 09:00, be ready to leave on the third or fourth elevator on average. In the evening, the situation is similar. The rest of the time, it is convenient, pleasant and fast to use the elevators (they ride smartly if without stops). There is a BNB Bank branch on the ground floor, the service is very fast, I have never noticed queues. If you like to go out to the store and buy yourself, conditionally, sweets for tea, then there will be problems with this. There is some assortment in coffee shops, but it is small. Chocolate bars can be bought at the construction Mile nearby, but everything else - please go to the Crown or to the Neighbors on Gintovta Street, the nearest pharmacies are there. Otherwise, a very cozy and beautiful business center, a spacious lobby on the ground floor, beautiful views from the upper floors. Everything is fresh, looks nice, is often cleaned. If you are destined to work here, you can smile rather than get upset, the place itself is not bad, albeit with its drawbacks.

Хороший БЦ с системой климат контроля, 6 лифтов (немного неудобно что одни езжят по честным этажа, а другие по нечетным).
Внутри имеется 2-е кофейни, бистро и фитнес центр (все перечисленные заведения работают в ценовом сегменте средний+).
Имеется паркинг и парковка. Недавно открыли отделение банка.
Из минусов: отдалённость от магазинов и аптек, вид на кладбище, отсутствует хороший подход к БЦ со стороны метро (организована металлическая лестница с пролётами, под которыми в мокрую погоду лучше не ходить)

Охранник который работал 15.08 максимально некомпетентен. Приехали в банк который находится в этом бц, когда зашли в холл, найти вход в банк не смогли. Табличка там стоит, но она показывает на тёмный коридор с табличкой «выход», в конце коридора дверь на которой не видно надписей с холла. Мы решили уточнить у охранника где находится банк, отмечу что максимально корректно и с «пожалуйста». На что охранник нам ответил что все написано на стенде. Мы попросили еще раз уточнить, так как мы не поняли. На что последовал ответ « все понимают, а вы не понимаете». Я была с мужем и мы были в шоке, это мягко сказать если. Вместо простого ответа где находится банк, охранник устроил шоу🤡
Муж сейчас в поиске офиса в этом районе, и теперь это точно будет не ваш бизнес центр.

Крутой БЦ, я его все ещё считаю новым. Всегда чисто, в холле, коридорах, туалетах. Лифты всегда работают. На входе турникет и охрана. На подъезде к БЦ - шлагбаум, на парковке мест навалом.
