I have been to the hotel 2 times, once with the children in a family room, the second in a regular room!Very good location not far from the Buddha, observation deck, pier, market and local beach!There are excellent cafes and massage parlors along the street!Oh , and yes , 7 levels from all sides 😁I think I 'll come back to this hotel again 🏨😊

A great hotel for your money. We had a vacation here with my wife in late November and early December 2024. We booked through T Bank for the promotion in advance, back in the summer. The cheapest room without breakfast cost about 1,500 rubles per day. There is a swimming pool on site. The room itself is large and spacious. The linen was changed every 2-3 days. The Wi-Fi on our 3rd floor was so-so. I caught it perfectly on my laptop, but it fell off regularly on my phone. The shower drain was also not very good, the water did not immediately go away. But otherwise it's fine. The location of the hotel itself is also good, very close to it there are 2 observation decks and observation platforms. Within walking distance of the promenade and ferry to Koh Lan. To sum up: if I was lucky enough to visit Pattaya next time, then I would definitely stay here again. There is something to compare it with.

I like the location of the hotel, 20 minutes walk down the hill and you can come to the pier from where you go to Kolan, you also have to go to the beach from the hill, back up, but for me this is not a problem. The breakfasts are not bad, monotonous, but the choice of dishes is not bad. All good things come to an end! There is often no water, no water, and if there is a very weak pressure, the heater does not turn on. Cleaning is done poorly, we come from the sea at 3 o'clock, the room is not cleaned, it is useless to talk at the reception, they will write down the room number and that's it! The room in which we now live was not given immediately, at first they settled into a tiny one without a balcony with access to the road, I had to prove that I had a paid reservation for a completely different room. In general, the hotel is not pleasant in terms of location, but the staff is terrible! It seems that we were not expected, but we showed up🤭😄

Nice hotel, clean rooms, cleaned every day. The only thing missing is a microwave The location is very well located. You can walk/drive anywhere Quiet and peaceful. I've been hearing a few stories since morning. But not critical. The room had a view of the pool, and no one made any noise at night. And in the morning we went to the sea. We really like it.

A typical 3* hotel with its own advantages and disadvantages. Low price is one of the main advantages. Good attitude of the staff, everything is very friendly. The disadvantages are minor, but they are also present. Sometimes there are no beach towels, then the forks in the dining room ran out and I had to wait about 10 minutes, the bathroom door seemed to swell and lopsided, but it was closing. All this, of course, is not critical, but when these little things come out a little bit every day, it is somewhat annoying. The location is quite good, it's 15 minutes to the beach, and 12 minutes to the Russian market. If desired, you can walk to the pier for 20 minutes, from where ferries go to Koh Lan. The majority of the guests are Chinese, Russians and Indians.

The hotel is not bad. I visited it twice last year. The location is convenient, close to the Big Buddha, observation deck, night market. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and about the same distance to the tuk-tuk interchange. A good pool, at least half a day definitely in the shade. The breakfasts were monotonous, and I didn't take them a second time. The rooms are no longer new, but in general they are pulling for 3 I flew alone, and both times there were strange situations with the safe, once the door to the room was ajar and the safe too, things were clearly moving, but nothing was missing, most likely because there was no money in the safe, only a passport. The receptionist replied that I had forgotten to close everything myself. On the second trip, I took the camera with me and installed it in the closet on top of the safe. The only time I had no connection to the camera (perhaps wi-fi was turned off), when I returned to the room, the safe did not accept my code and I had to call the master. There was no money there again, just documents. I was afraid to leave it due to the previous situation, I carried it with me. In general, nothing is missing, I have not found any reviews with such problems, perhaps this is my suspicion. But there is no desire to come here again precisely because of insecurity.

Good afternoon. The hotel does not attract any stars. In a previous review, they wrote that they settled for 1,500 rubles of the Russian Federation. If that's the price, with breakfast, then everything is clear. There is no point in paying more. One of the advantages is that there is a beach at a distance of 1.5 km from the hill. I don't recommend the hotel itself. Only if there is no more than 1,500 rubles per day for another hotel.

The hotel is tired, of course... we paid 5200 per night, stayed at the hotel for 21 days. Plus it's quiet, nice peaceful side of the city. It's a walk down the hill to the beach, the fruits in the location are cheap. The beach is clean! But the cleaners don't come in and clean up. An excellent hotel in terms of price/quality of services! Good location , close to the market (10 min), from the nice cozy beach(15 min), from the Buddha statue on the hill (10 min), from the pier and walking street 20-25 minutes on foot, acceptable for me, did not use the transport from the word at all. The hotel has a courteous staff who is ready to help with any question. Not everything was perfect, but the little things are not as important to me as the overall impression, and it is very, very good. Cleaning,changing towels,water,coffee,sugar - every day, there is shampoo + shower gel + liquid soap in the bathroom. There is a free shuttle service to the beaches, but I did not use it.security guards at the entrance at night, including a porter, delivered things to the room free of charge upon arrival. There is a dining room, a swimming pool, a mini gym,a mini children's room, Parking. The toilet is on the ground floor, so as not to go up to the room. Spacious room for two with air conditioning,excellent huge beds, wardrobe, refrigerator, hair dryer,kettle+ glasses and cups with spoons,safe (not used, possibly paid),large table, bedside tables,balcony +dryer + armchairs (smoking is prohibited there). 2 elevators were working properly. I didn't make a mistake when I booked this hotel! I recommend it for those who are not looking for a luxury option, but are looking for a cozy quiet budget place to relax, including suitable for families with children, as the hotel is clean, there are no insects in the room and there is even a children's slide by the pool. If I return to Pattaya, I will definitely book this hotel again!

We lived for a month, everything went well. The location is excellent: near cafes, coffee shops, an exchange office, laundry, gym, 7/11 supermarkets. In the room: hair dryer, refrigerator, TV. Daily cleaning service. Overall, it's clean. The territory of the hotel is small, but cozy and clean. In the shower, only the water left badly (but there is a protective grille that does not pass well). And most importantly, good wi-fi. There is a computer and a microwave downstairs.
