Обратилась в это агенство в первый раз и скорее последний. Были очень большие минусы у новогоднего тура. В первый день кормили в пабе! Ждали завтрак и обед пол часа и более. Автобус на обратный путь домой холодный, печка не работает, если б не поосьба людей позавтракать , то могли бы доехать намного быстрее! Считаю, что в этом плане мини автобусы лучше...В других турфирмах таких проблем не было😔
