Our experience at this riding club was extremely disappointing. I took my son to learn horse riding in a healthy and positive environment, but the result was the opposite. The instructors are completely unprofessional. During most of the lessons, they sit and take care of their phones, they don't pay attention to the children. When they talk, they shout constantly instead of teaching patiently. Moreover, although the lesson time is half an hour, they take the children off the horse after 25 minutes have passed. Even worse, the general state of the environment. Instructors are constantly smoking in front of children — they light one and the other before they run out. They have no respect for the children's health or the bad example they set. They are also quite disrespectful towards families: they don't even say hello, they avoid making eye contact, they act as if the parents weren't there. Some of them seem to have a pronounced inferiority complex. They try to suppress this feeling by treating others badly and pretending to be superior. But their behavior only shows their rudeness and lack of value. My son has completely refused to go there, and I understand him very well. A place like this shouldn't work with children. I do not recommend it to any family looking for a respectful, safe and professional environment.
