A negative impression remained of this "Restaurant". Starting from the entrance, no one met or conducted us, although the Hostess saw us enter. Also, not a single waiter even said hello. We came with the children and there was no limit to my surprise when we were told that the playground was PAID 😂 The management of the institution, a question for you?! Where have you seen a paid playground in premium establishments? But that's not all: children who are under 18 are probably looking after children, they themselves need to be looked after. You should have heard how they communicate with children with children! But that's not all, the waiters with those who look after the children - SWEARING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN, it's already too much The service is at the LOWEST level! Apparently no one deals with the waiters. We waited for 10 minutes until the table was cleared for us, as it turned out, RUDE waiters also! When we started accepting the order, we only heard one thing: this is not allowed, this is not allowed, to us and no other way!!! It all started with a clarification about the steak, but this is how you can - NO, YOU can'T, WE ONLY asked YOU to replace the children's plate in the dish with another one - WE CAN'T DO THAT!!! Well, we got up, turned around and left, and we won't come to this place anymore and we don't advise you!!! THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR STAFF AND SHAME ON YOU THAT YOU HAVE A PLAYGROUND FOR A FEE. 😂👎

An excellent European steakhouse, it's not a shame to show the guests of the capital. There is a playground with staff. I liked everything except one salad with fried eggplant. Minus one star ⭐️

The branch in central park - we waited 30 minutes for 1 burger, the service is not that bad, it just doesn't exist. and so it is here every time. I leave a review here since there is no separate one on the maps- I hope the brand management will pay attention.

If you want to eat burgers, go here. Robroy is beautiful in all its manifestations, but there is a but.. If someone from your campaign wants to order pasta, salads or something else besides the meat menu, it will be at a very average level and does not match the prices in the institution. By default, the bill includes 15% for service, are you guys serious?! Why shift the crutches for the staff to your visitors? Not only is this the largest percentage that I have met in Tashkent, so maybe you will let the clients decide for themselves how much they need to leave and at the same time raise the motivation of the staff? The children's room is also for an additional fee of 15k, can this make it a competitive advantage until mc'donalds comes?

Expensive, but delicious! Everything was just great except for the apple and carrot fresh. Apparently they used a sour apple or the carrots were not very tasty. The fresh was so-so... burgers, salads are good. Prices are above average from 150 thousand per person.

I don't share the rave reviews. There are delicious burgers and that's it. The service is slow, the burgers were brought to us barely warm, they forgot to bring them on time. They forgot to add tea leaves to tea with lemon, to the kettle itself. I constantly had to ask for appliances, then a spoon for soup, then a spoon for tea. The children's room is basically normal, but the animator/The babysitter does not participate in the entertainment of children at all.Or should they not entertain the children?There were only three children. The only thanks to Fina for changing the table for us

Expensive and tasteless. I ordered a rib eye on the bones, the waiter asked me what kind of roast I prefer, I replied that I wanted “medium". The steak was brought to me in medium rare, almost raw meat, to which the waiter said it was rare, but I asked for medium,“ I tell him. He replied that he would pass the remark on to the kitchen. The dialogue ended there. I hope the meat is of good quality and I won't catch anything. I ordered grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, fresh carrots and bread for the steak - these dishes were ordinary, they are difficult to spoil, but nothing outstanding. The final bill is 400,000. I won't go anymore.
