The territory of the boarding house is beautiful., on the first coastline, the private beach is clean, this of course smooths out the negative aspects, such as the rooms are of course tired, as well as the furniture. The distant 80s and 90s. Therefore, those who choose this boarding house should be prepared for the fact that the "everything is off" tariff is there, but it didn't scare us much, we had a wonderful rest. We only spent the night in the room, after walking for hours. There is no kettle, dishes, iron, or hair dryer in the room. Iron and kettle 1 per case. There is a refrigerator and a TV.There is a dining room on the territory, which looks nondescript inside, so-so, the food is homemade, we had lunch 1 time, in principle normally, we did not eat there because breakfast started at 9 a.m. and dinner at 6 p.m. We already left the boarding house at 8 a.m. and returned late. Suitable for those who came only to the boarding house and did not plan to leave the territory. There is also an Ark restaurant on site, the food is delicious. The average check for 2 without alcohol is 2000 rubles. Surprisingly, during our presence, bed linen and towels were changed, room cleaning consisted only of taking out the trash. And yes, the lights were turned off every day at 21:00 for 3 minutes, they switched to generators (in Abkhazia, they turn off electricity for 6 hours every day in order to save money). The water was turned off for 12 hours on the last day, they do not provide water, the question can be solved by delivering fresh water, they answered, decide for yourself, "they buy everything." Yes, they bought it for drinking, of course. There's a convenience store next to the boarding house. Beautiful peacocks live on the territory. We also found scorpions on the territory. About the sun beds, they write that they are paid, they didn't charge us any money, the sun beds were on the beach, they were empty, and that's it. But maybe before us , who paid for them , I don 't know . and so the pebbles are nice to lie down, the pebbles are warm.

A wonderful hotel with the best location in Staraya Gagra. I got a room in a building located right on the beach. A gorgeous balcony with a table and chairs, the sound of waves, a peacock coming straight to the room to say good morning! A spacious room, all the amenities, silence, beauty, what else do you need for a good rest! We checked in immediately upon arrival in the morning, they did not keep us on our bags as stated until 14 o'clock! Special thanks to the administration! The beauty of nature and the place, a positive attitude to rest allows you to close your eyes to a lot of everyday negative aspects- the lack of cleaning in the room, the lack of changing towels, the TV not working properly, frequent turning off of water and sometimes light, weakly catching Wi-Fi. So the impression is twofold, not suitable for everyone. We try not to pay attention to all the shortcomings, we come for fantastic views, the gentle clear sea, the remnants of luxurious architecture, and we gain positive emotions before our next visit to our beloved Abkhazia.

We had a rest together with a child in late June and early July.The room was in the main building, on the ground floor. There was a damp smell in the room, and the shower smelled of sewage. In 6 days, the towels have not been changed once, and I found garbage under the bed left over from previous tenants (the cleaning quality is excellent!). The mattresses were old and dirty, and it was unpleasant to sleep because the sheets were constantly coming off. We tried to enter the room only if necessary. Of the advantages:the beach is close and not crowded, the area is generally well maintained, the staff is friendly. Sun beds for a fee, 100 rubles for the whole day. Price-quality, in my opinion, does not correspond to reality.
