I was immediately let through without a queue, they immediately started checking all the numbers, filled out everything in the tablet, first paid 100,000soums to the cashier (sort of for the inspection itself), and after the tablet and the approval of the inspector, I received an SMS with payment numbers totaling 1,425,000soums, but since technical work was carried out in the click, I had to pay give them another 65,000 soums to the cashier and for their "work". Then I drove up to the C block, applied for that passport and took the number in the window within 5 minutes after it was issued. Everything works very well quickly. I recommend it to my motorcycle friends!

After the reconstruction, the traffic police department on Gvardeyskaya Street operates in a new format: no saigas, queues and hours of waiting.
It takes 20 minutes from the entrance to the traffic police station to the exit with the license plates.
All receipts are sent via SMS, you can pay via Payme or Click.
One disadvantage is that if you don't know, it's difficult to avoid a checkup for 100 thousand soums, which is submitted as a mandatory procedure, but it's not.
Otherwise, everything is fast and convenient :) So I recommend everyone to use the services of the updated traffic police offices.

My last two visits to this organization have left extremely positive impressions. Quickly, without too much fuss. The bike was generally checked and issued so quickly that I didn't have time to drink coffee.
The "reshals" spoil the impression a little, that not the gates are rubbing, but this relic of the past will soon disappear.
UPD: I saw in the comments that many complain about queues at the checkout. This is so, the queues there are huge and greatly slows down the process. Therefore, use click or pay.

Далеко не идеал! Сделано многоза последнее время но предстоит еще сделать много для обслуживание народу! Бюракратия расцветает, народа жалко кто там по нужде стоят в очереди в толпе!

Большие очереди, на тех осмотр,в кассу и на единое окно для штрафов. Везде очередь и нету точных данных где, что и куда идти. Дорога тоже не хорошего качества.

Место где можно искупить дорожные грехи, оформить нового скакуна и попрощаться со старым. А ещё узнать свои три цифры и три буквы застраховав себя от лишних трат на дороге.

Тех.осмотр пройти, получить номера и др. просто кошмар. Очереди, толпа народа, сотрудники что хотят то и творят, на своё усмотрение лишь бы им было удобно, а не населению.
