The styles are beautiful, the location is convenient, but the advantages end there. They were unfriendly with us, they left us alone for 15-20 minutes, they didn't offer us water (it would seem like a small thing, but in other salons they ask first). I showed them a couple of dresses that I liked: they said 2 out of 5 didn't have any, so they tried on only 3. They didn't respond to my words that I was ready to try on similar styles, and I didn't ask for it. The price segment is not the cheapest, and I would like more attention from a consultant. I left the salon thinking that I just didn't want to come back.

The dresses may be beautiful, but I personally had no luck with the service. There was no feeling that they wanted to help choose the right dress, but rather to take a quick look and that's it. Considering that I had already been to 2 salons before, where the consultant helped and offered options on how to hide certain things that were embarrassing, and took part in the choice, the difference is striking. I charge 2 stars for this service.

Having traveled to more than 5 salons in Minsk, I believe that GALA is simply the number one in the country, the quality of the fabric is simply gorgeous, I have not found such a fabric in any salon as in GALA, the customer service is top-notch, the consultants are very attentive, they give advice not only to get into it, as for example you encounter it in several other salons it was exactly like that, everything was just for business, everything was competent and a pleasant atmosphere, neat, clean, ventilated, oddly enough, this is also a problem when trying on dresses, Thank you very much for this approach to customers and, most importantly, the QUALITY of the FABRIC

A cozy salon, I must say. The choice is small, but the dresses are good. But we must understand that the size range here is up to a maximum of 44 sizes. That's what they say before the fitting. Therefore, after seeing a tall girl of size 46, no one really tries to offer something) Communication from the salon employees, and in particular the woman who picked up the dress, was strained and, to put it mildly, joyless. In other salons, the attitude is completely different. There was not a very pleasant residue.
