But ... ! We all understand that we have a shortage of staff, and these days there is a large influx of customers, we are all human, but shopping in this hypermarket is a challenge. You can even say a quest!!! Having selected the product in the showcase, it may not be in stock, or in the desired quantity. Immediately write "out of stock" to lead the sign. Why waste your time in the first place, because you can't find the staff anyway. You run around looking for it, you stand there waiting, and then there's no such thing. And now there's a new moment, you approach the manager, and he, of course, I'll find out what you're interested in. And that's it!!! An hour of waiting, he's gone. There was another moment, the manager was standing five meters away, I asked him to come over to help, and he looked at me and ran away with a quick step in the opposite direction. It turns out that now we need to catch up, persuade them to sell something. Nothing has changed at the checkout, queues and confusion.

I made a variety of purchases in this hypermarket several times, and the picture was very ambiguous. The range of products is quite large — there is plenty to choose from. The atmosphere of the room is good: it is bright, beautiful, music is playing, announcements are being made for visitors. Information about the receipt of goods is published in the VK and Telegram communities. However, it was not without serious drawbacks. The most unpleasant thing is the attitude of the staff towards customers: in most cases, visitors are avoided, it is difficult to find out anything about the product, and even if they do manage to contact someone, they often respond reluctantly. Sometimes it even comes to scandals when the staff starts being rude to customers because of certain formalities they know (that's exactly what happened to me once). The cash register for bulky goods is terribly inconvenient — a real mockery with such a small space. Prices for many products are too high. The official website completely "lives" in a parallel universe and does not say anything about the actual availability of certain goods. In general, I can't help but recommend this hypermarket — in terms of the number and variety of products (especially when it comes to building materials), it has no analogues in the region, but be prepared for some annoying problems that you will have to put up with.

You can buy almost everything: groceries, furniture, tools, building materials, household appliances, toys, clothes, wallpaper, etc. There is a cafe just off the main entrance. Self-service cash desks have also been recently installed. There is also a separate sports equipment department. There is a giant parking lot near the shopping center. I've always liked the galaxy. I advise you to visit.

Cons- in many departments you can not find a consultant, but this is understandable due to lack of personnel, delivery is only if you dial 100 thousand and then not on the same day and in my opinion delivery is not free, it is cheaper if you call a freight (freight breaks only 2500 per delivery and further km is also not cheap) for example if I will buy 10 thousand for the cargo, I have to pay 5000 from Makeyevka to the proletarian district, this is about, this is a huge minus that for two boards I have to throw out half the cost of delivery, in connection with which I will have to overpay and buy closer from a private trader at exorbitant prices. There would be nothing but bringing a taxi is very expensive, and I am an ordinary hard worker with a salary of 20,000, but the landmarks in Donetsk are for the rich

The most recent example: we are sitting in the evening with a friend, he wanted a Bajaj Dominar 400 cc motorcycle for a very long time, found in Makevka, in the Galaxy (it is available on the store's website). We agreed that we will leave early in the morning. In the morning, he collected all the money (in cash), and we are leaving! We arrived, but it has been out of stock for two months!!! We asked the head of the department, a man came, introduced himself as the head of the department, and we tell him why such a mess, why the site is poorly monitored!!! And he answers - we will fix everything (and everything in the spirit: blah, blah, blah). And in fact, nothing has been fixed, and the motorcycle is still being traded (for the second month)!!!🤬🤬🤬

The self-tapping screws sold in the furniture department deserve special "praise"! Pancake. I've been living for a long time, but I didn't think of that. The advantage of the store is that if you try very hard, you can find everything you need, but this is a really exhausting quest. I often go there, but it does not give pleasure and this shop is not about a quick purchase of urgently needed things. In short, if there is another store with such an assortment, I will safely exchange it for something fresher)

I've been waiting for 15 minutes now, but you just had to walk with me, I would have shown that the model was not the right one, and would have returned to the consumer's corner for money. It gives the impression that they work deliberately for a long time to discourage customers from coming and making refunds. Yes, the store is large, but I came at a time when there are not very many visitors in the trading floor and my question can be solved in 5 minutes, a maximum of 15.
