The service is terrible. The waiters are unhappy, you ask them to bring something, they roll their eyes and just leave. Our toy ended at 10 o'clock, although in Shymkent they celebrate until at least 12, but they didn't care. The toilets were closed at exactly 22:00, and even when they asked to open, because they really needed to, they said, "we've already washed everything, we won't open it," even though the guests hadn't left yet. The administrator doesn't know how to work at all. The table was almost empty. It's better to pay extra and hold an event in a normal restaurant than to spoil the mood like that. The room is small, and it's impossible to walk between the chairs. There were only 150 guests, but they couldn't even distribute them properly. The kitchen is so-so. If you want to hold an event with dignity, I definitely do not recommend this place. If you need the "halam-balam" option, then it will do.
