I bought a bag at this store in the evening without checking the lock. Upon arrival home, I noticed that the lock was jammed. The next day in the morning I went to pick up the bag with the check. In response, the administrator, with a displeased face, refused to return the money without a tag on the bag in the presence of a receipt and an obvious defect!! First of all, the receipt is a document and, obviously, the bag was not in use, less than a day has passed!I had to go home to look for the torn tag! The amount was, of course, refunded in the end. But! It was worth the nerves and time spent! No customer orientation, they discouraged any desire to buy anything in this store at 156 Prytytsky Street!!! It's better to add money and buy a normal, defect-free leather bag in another store, but not in Galantey!!!

We wanted to buy a wallet, one is dented, the second is damaged and I am not surprised, because she does not treat the product carefully. If I didn't like the bag, I wouldn't buy anything there at all. The belt and wallet were bought elsewhere. I gave three stars only because the product is not of poor quality.
