The location is top-end, really 10 \ 10. The staff is pleasant, there are Russian speakers, but English is also normal. The room is slightly dead, a little surprised that there is a tile, but no microwave. The bed is comfortable (160cm), there is a wardrobe. In general, it's not bad.

This is the first time I have come across such a bad accommodation facility. We booked a Deluxe room for 2 adults and a two-year-old daughter. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was only one blanket in the room, I had to cover the child with towels. The room is very dirty, pieces of dirt are sticking out of the ventilation, there is a stench in the bathroom, the plumbing is dirty, the ceiling is dirty, the tiles, the cutting board are dirty. For the first time in many of my travels, I had to leave the apartment earlier, as we had not been given a second blanket in two days. They refused to refund the payment for unused nights, because in their opinion, I had to approach them on every occasion, then they would have taken action and changed our room. It's not very clear how they would fix it if they couldn't find blankets in two days. I highly do not recommend these apartments if you do not want to spoil your impression of Istanbul. And from the window there is a stunning view of the neighboring roof, polluted by seagulls that eat leftovers
