Drawbridge across the Golden Horn Bay. The bridge has two floors. The first one has a pedestrian zone and restaurants, and the second one is the roadway. It's funny to see a lot of local fishermen on the second (transport) floor, catching fish and selling it to local restaurants "for pennies". Such a peculiar flavor)
