We arrived at the hotel in February 2025. I really liked everything
+ the hotel is located next to the Galata Tower. The street is quiet, there are several shops with electrics nearby.A 15-minute walk to Istiklal Street. There are many cafes and souvenir shops nearby... We got a room for 4 people on the 6th floor with a wonderful view of the Galata Tower from some windows, and the strait from others. The room was quiet, the neighbors on the floor could not be heard. Towels were changed every day, beds were made. There is a minimal set of foaming detergents in the shower, there is a hairdryer. The water is hot at any time of the day, the drain worked without problems. We had breakfast in the morning, a buffet, very convenient and quite tasty. The room has air conditioning, for heat and cold, they were saved in the evenings, because it was -2 outside) The staff ordered a taxi to the airport before leaving, thank them very much) there is a spa on the lower floors of the hotel, but we did not go, I cannot comment.
- on the day of departure, the pressure of hot and cold water was lost, most likely there was some kind of accident. But since we were leaving, it didn't cause any problems.
Thank you to everyone who writes reviews, chose the hotel based on them, and were very satisfied!!!

Convenient location, very close to the Galata Tower, from where you can easily get to the main attractions. Next to the Shishkhane metro station, which is important: this part of the city can be reached by metro from the airport, it is inexpensive and takes about an hour, and by taxi at night in October 2024 it cost about 1000 lira(((. Responsive and friendly staff, the guys are willing to help, solve problems, They answer questions, speak decent English, well done. The resulting jambs were promptly eliminated (as best they could). From the local flavor: muezzin songs and the noise of shops in the morning (but you get used to all this in a week and don't even wake up). Near the entrance to the hotel there is a cafe where excellent breakfasts are served: we took a large plate for two plus an omelet, it turns out a lot of things in the set, including sandwiches for tea-coffee and bread. The hotel rooms, in general, are quite cozy for unassuming guests, but the decoration is inexpensive, the bathroom is not even tiled, but plastic panels, so you shouldn't expect much from them)) There is a good Wi-Fi in the room, a hairdryer, a kettle, water, tea-coffee-sugar (updated daily), a refrigerator, a safe, sets of bottles of gel shampoo-conditioner in the bathroom, towels were changed daily. The mattress was a bit stiff, as far as I was concerned. The blanket is one, but warm. Four pillows of different densities. It seems that the hotel should have a spa, but we did not use it. And yes: suddenly it turned out that the room with the king size bed has a Jacuzzi (and not in the bathroom). There are no photos inside, in the morning they ran away for a walk, in the evening they came tired, fell asleep) Overall, we liked it 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is just perfect, many attractions can be reached on foot, near the metro station from which you can get to any part of the city. The room is large enough for 2 people, not cramped. The renovation is quite fresh, cleaning is daily, everything is very clean. The bathroom is also newly renovated, all plumbing is quite new, the pressure in the shower is very good, the water is very hot (I read in many hotels there is a problem with the water temperature and the water pressure in the shower, everything is perfect here). Bath accessories (shampoos, gels, caps , cotton swabs and discs are updated daily). There are disposable slippers. There is a wardrobe with hangers, a small refrigerator, a kettle + tea, coffee bags. There is also drinking water in the room, a bottle of water per person is updated every day. The breakfast is good enough, there are eggs in different versions, vegetables, not bad coffee and very tasty halva :)..
There is a cafe on the roof with an outdoor terrace and a good view, the prices in the cafe are reasonable, you can pay with a Gazprombank UnionPay card.
We settled in quickly, we didn't wait a minute. The staff is quite friendly and friendly. There are a lot of cafes and several supermarkets nearby.
I added a photo of the room, but I forgot to take a picture of the shower room, but it completely matches the photo on the site.
Of the cons:
I really wanted a room on a higher floor, but we settled on the 1st floor in 101 rooms. The windows overlook the courtyard, where in the morning the smell of cigarettes can be felt from the open window and in the toilet room. We stayed for 2 nights, so we didn't want to change rooms. On the second morning, they just didn't open the window and everything was fine. In general, the advantages of the hotel greatly exceeded even this nuisance, so the impressions of the hotel were not affected. We didn't notice any more disadvantages.
