There are two slippers for four people.
It is impossible to sleep, cars honk under the windows around the clock.
They asked for an extra blanket, but they didn't bring it.
The coffee machine is not working.
The towels are grey.

The room is tired and needs to be repaired. We arrived in the evening, probably the hotel staff had time to do the cleaning, but no... the dishes were all dirty, I had to wash them, the kettle was broken - the lid did not open, the frying pan and the frying spatula with the remains of dried food, the toilet, although the tape about sanitary treatment was glued, was dirty. And the cherry on the cake is an old, yellowed towel with a huge hole. The guests smoke in the hallway, there is a constant smell of smoking in the room. And this is for $150 per day. Shame on you! The managers at the reception are very unfriendly. In order to get to the apartments, you need to call persistently because they are constantly away on their own business. We paid for the transfer on the day of arrival, the manager did not have any change. He gave it to us on the penultimate day, before coming up with excuses - he did not have time to change it, then, tomorrow ...
When we booked the hotel, they indicated that we had a late check-out. I was reminded at check-in. They promised to extend it. But at the last moment, everything was canceled.
The only advantage is the location of the hotel.
