I visited this museum with my child, and we both really enjoyed it. The museum occupies several floors with various exhibits, among which you can see armor, ship cannons, life-size ship models, paintings, navigation devices, letters from Christopher Columbus (who lived in Genoa), models of ships in various scales. You can climb the ship models, it was especially fun to walk around the galley, which has a cross-section layout and you can go inside. The halls are not always arranged sequentially and sometimes we got a little confused, so use the card, we had it in the pin that was issued at the checkout. Next to the exhibits, as a rule, there is a description in Italian or English, I had to use a translator installed on the phone, you can understand the meaning. There is a terrace on the top floor of the museum, which offers a good view. Upon completion of the inspection, you can visit the submarine moored next to the museum, and helmets are issued next to the ticket office. It's cool in a submarine, too, but the space is very limited.
