We visited this center a few days ago. I really did NOT like the fact that the reception of some doctors is organized on the second floor. It is very problematic for patients on crutches to climb this "miracle ladder" on their own, but what can I say, healthy people are afraid to go. The steps are very high and narrow. The atmosphere and atmosphere are like in a district polyclinic, but definitely not like in a paid medical center. We were at the reception with a child, the doctor's attitude to whom also wants the best. The appointment was held in a hurry, the doctor answered questions with haughty irony, no specifics. In the conclusion issued by the doctor, in the "complaints" column he indicated "pain in the right hip area", although they did not treat pain, but with a certain diagnosis of the left leg. A complete disappointment!

I didn't like the fact that it was very cold inside, the child was stripped naked, and it wasn't hot at all in our jackets, the temperature felt below 20 degrees. Of course, all diagnoses and the degree of complexity of the disease are different, and I cannot and have no right to draw conclusions for everyone. One thing I can say is that we need to go to consult, try and not despair. The biggest disadvantage of the clinic is the location. I would never have found it) I was driving on the navigator. You can't get there without a car, in such wilds mom-mia) and the building itself is sad. Of course, it's not about the building, but about the specialists, but you must agree that the interior and exterior subconsciously set up the client for a good mood and pleasant emotions, which is not a little important)) Get well and have a good mood!!!

All questions were answered, everything was explained in an accessible way, without any water. What I want to note: Alexey Nikolaevich found a common language with the child (1.8 to him), so the baby calmly reacted to all requests, did not cry and felt very good (for reference: she does not communicate so calmly with every stranger). We paid 42 rubles for the consultation and I think that such a cost is justified. It's a pity that we didn't come to the consultation earlier.

We got an appointment with a doctor Korostilev (I apologize if the last name is incorrect). The doctor found the approach to the child quite normal, even though she is a coward. I examined it and gave recommendations. He showed me what exercises to do and which shoes to choose. You can even choose orthopedic insoles at the reception, when my parents bought the child, and everyone was satisfied. I can't estimate the location of the center, I don't know this area at all, we took a taxi. I recommend the center if you need help or advice from an experienced orthopedist.

I sought medical help on 07/26/22 to the doctor Tretyakov A.A. After the covid, my left arm did not fully rise. The doctor listened carefully to my complaints, answered all additional questions, explained that this is a common complication after covid, it can go away by itself, but it will take a lot of time, perhaps years, or you can put an injection in the shoulder, the so-called blockade, then the process will accelerate. The doctor aroused confidence, I immediately agreed to the injection. As he told me, on average three injections help, but one helped me. After that, without any gymnastics, the arm recovered literally within a week on its own, which I am incredibly glad about, because I suffered with it for 5 months. Maybe I didn't have the most difficult case. I liked the doctor very much, it is immediately clear that he is an enthusiastic, caring person. As for the clinic itself, it leaves much to be desired. I don't have any special problems with my joints, but when I saw a narrow steep staircase to the second floor to an orthopedic doctor, I immediately imagined myself in the place of those who stomp on it with sick/injured legs or knees. This is a very ill-conceived moment! I will not lower the assessment of the clinic for this, but take action, comrades, what is your specialization? Remember what kind of patients come to you, for them such a ladder is a test!

I am sincerely glad if someone has been helped here, but I am writing about what we are facing.About 10 years ago, my mother started having problems with her legs, they advised me to contact her here.I can't remember the doctor's name anymore, but without listening, I immediately began to put pressure on making a blockade.Unknowingly, they agreed.Little did it help, so then all the doctors who were consulted in hospitals and polyclinics, both here and in other cities, said that if not for the blockade, other treatment options would have been possible.The fear and horror of it. Time passed, the problem did not disappear, all friends praised Tretyakov's doctor with one voice. We went.It's just some kind of clown. He does not listen to the patient at all, interrupts, allows himself unflattering statements in a harsh and rude form (although an elderly man came to him!!!) Questioner: what century do you live in, what do you say, what do you compose, why are you telling me this, it's not relevant (this is in a mild form part of his statements). Or does he imagine himself to be a magician and a wizard, that without telling the patient, he can make diagnoses??? Or has the patient come to an appointment, a PAID appointment, and cannot consult, consult? WHAT WAS THAT?????!!! I would like to go to Tretyakov's appointment again with only one purpose - to record his "fiery" speeches with patients on a dictaphone, and then...Well, don't blame me!
