I signed up for a manicure on a free window. The adminitator announced the amount of 50 rubles and 1.5 hours of employment. In fact, it turned out that there were additional payments for removal, additional payments for strengthening, and additional payments for repairs. And I found out about it after the fact, i.e. almost when the master finished doing the manicure.
In total, the manicure took 3 hours at the promised 1.5!!!
The scissors were taken out of an already open craft package, at my request to open the sterilized tool with me, I heard: well, it so happened, several tools are in one package at once, so it has already been opened, but believe me, it is 100% sterilized. Of course, I didn't believe it and asked to open the tools in front of me. Fortunately, another pair of tools was found, the issue was resolved.
A terrible place, the boorish attitude of the administrator. Instead of acknowledging the poor-quality consultation and recording, the administrator said: I am not obliged to consult anyone, I only keep a record.
The customer focus is just 0. I do not recommend this place to anyone, only bad impressions remain.

They did it quickly, it didn't hurt, they controlled everything so that everything was clean and sterile, there are no questions about this) But the master imposed other services so much, they say, "well, of course you have acne.. it's time to clean" and the like. This is not competent on the part of the master and spoils the overall impression very much.

Сходила в салон на стрижку,сделала кератин и увидела как меня ужасно обскубали пряди не ровные , пришла расскзаать о проблеме в салон на что мне ответили что это моя вина и так ничего не сделали , не рекомендую этот «салон» можете не портить свои силы и нервы в этом заведении !!!!
