This is the best flower shop in Bobruisk! Their flowers are worth a month! A month! And this is not a one-time action, but on an ongoing basis. The roses are gorgeous. Alstroemeria is stable for 3-4 weeks. My husband chooses only this store. He rarely gave me flowers before, because, "It's a waste of money, I'd rather buy you something to eat or clothes." Now it's like, "Are they really worth a month? Awesome! I am ready to give you flowers from this store all the time." We have been choosing this store for two years. Flowers have been pleasing us for two years. For two years I have been receiving flowers not only for holidays, but also for no reason. Thank you, Flower Gallery! Beautiful atmosphere... polite staff... but after the payment, everything did not go according to plan... Instead of ordering 9 tulips, 8 funeral ones were brought... in the direct correspondence, they just made a joke instead of an adequate apology! So count the flowers without leaving the cash register, otherwise you will come to a WAKE instead of a holiday! The mood and the holiday are ruined...

I ordered a bouquet in advance by October 14th. What did I like? +bouquet What didn't I like? -constant ignoring in Yandex. Direct. When I paid for the order, I waited 10 hours for a response. I even thought that I had lost the deposited amount. When they answered, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience - they offered to send a photo of the bouquet before sending it and forgot about it. When I asked a question on this topic, I was simply ignored - "fast delivery". I had to wait an hour and a half for the bouquet, and for some reason they called several times before arrival so that the recipient would come out (why?), although they themselves arrived only 15 minutes later
