The cleaning is good. There is a safe.On the downside: there are no cups, plates, or spoons. The beige carpet is stained, but apparently it's wine)). This coating is changed in the rooms (seen). The staff is polite and speaks Russian. The breakfasts are good. There are dishes that are repeated every day. We were there for 10 days, and every day there was a new dish. Instant coffee, but you can buy brewed coffee. For me, the disadvantages are not significant, they caught my eye on the first day, but they do not affect the quality (stains on the floor, a cracked cup in the bathroom, curtains could be washed).I highly recommend it. I see a lot of contradictory comments here, but our experience at this hotel was great! we stayed here for 3 days in August 2025. We booked through Yandex Travel, it turned out that the hotel does not work with them and simply redirects the reservation to booking or agency, because of this there was an overlap and initially we were given a room with 2 beds instead of one. It was fundamental and super cultural for us, and the room was replaced quickly and delicately, while its category was raised. The room was clean and very pleasant! Many complain about the carpets in the rooms - they are being actively changed! Also, the breakfast is very decent for the money, there is a variety every day. Separately, I would like to pay attention to the attitude of the staff and the host himself - maximum attention, friendliness and professionalism! The location is TOP! 3 minutes to Freedom Square, beautiful view from the window, close to shops, restaurants and everything you need! All the sights can be reached on foot! In short, if you adequately perceive the Price-quality ratio, then the hotel will meet all expectations! We are super satisfied! Thank you very much!

I stayed at this hotel when I visited Tbilisi. I was satisfied with almost everything. The main advantage is, of course, the location. In the heart of the city, within walking distance of Rustaveli Avenue, the government building, the metro station, a bunch of shops and cafes. Overall, I was also satisfied with the hotel room. Very comfortable soft floor, clean and tidy. There is air conditioning, kettle, clean bottled water, telephone, mini fridge, disposable slippers, towels, safe. The shower works flawlessly. The door opens by attaching a card. The breakfast is great, very tasty and varied. The only minor drawbacks are a broken brush and unstable wi-fi.
