As a result, we were sold an expensive craft package (we thought that this was an elite store and there were no others here) and only after payment and a receipt was issued, the cashier takes out an ordinary T-shirt package from the bins🤡

I liked the store, the choice is good, but I am dissatisfied with the choice of greenery (the assortment is Ala-market. I was hoping for a packed arugula / spinach /mixed salad, as a result, an unprepared girl weighed and packed a bunch into each bag, the queue behind me was not small, since there was only one scale for the vegetable department.
The choice of pastries, salads, ready-made dishes is not bad, but there seems to be a lot of staff, but everything is very slow. We sampled the pastries on the first day, we liked it, the next time it was not the same, it was impossible to eat the same pies with raw onions. Please do not roll down (as it usually happens with us.

Galmart, a food store that positions itself as a premium, has opened. The space is really large-scale: 5 thousand square meters, it is clear that it has been implemented on a large scale. Shelf occupancy is average at the moment, there are imported products and manufactured goods that are not present in the product matrix of other chains. The price tag is quite cheerful, for example, a small cheese grater costs about $ 80. The biggest problems with the service are that it is no, indifferent, inept. Ready-made food is packed in ever-opening containers, which still need to be wrapped in stretch film, or at least packed in food bags at the checkout. But no, no one cares, as a result, a mess comes home in a common package. There are rude, ill-mannered employees at the checkout who have no idea about the service. They are slow, unfriendly, blow their noses and hand over checks with dirty hands. As a result, the supermarket does not meet expectations - the staff is not trained in at least the basics of customer service, works on the flow, as in a cheap bazaar. Purchases are not packaged, although, in the first days of opening, this was done, and now there are savings at the expense of customers. There is a complete lack of clear personnel management, and total savings on it, which in the end completely spoils the impression of a beautiful store.

I liked the store itself - a large, good cooking department, meat department, prices are higher than in other stores. But 1 ⭐️ because of the staff. At the checkout counter, "neither hello to you, nor goodbye", they mumble something, barely audible - with discontent, as if someone had come to their house. Customers even tell them about it. And in the culinary department, it is necessary to teach the staff how to pack containers in film, since they open all the time.

Terrible service, do not refund money when returning the product immediately after purchase, come up with different reasons!!! They are asked to write an application, and it will take 5 working days for a refund. There are no price tags on the product, only prices are posted, it is 3 times more expensive at the checkout, there is no information table at the checkout where you can monitor the cost of the product being punched!
