An ideal place to relax, keep warm and refresh yourself. Plus a great location. We were looking for a place to have lunch after the tour on Christmas Day, and the choice fell on this bar. A very good choice! There is a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere inside and you can warm up and relax. We ordered hot dishes, borscht, meat - everything was delicious, freshly prepared and served without a long wait. The staff is polite. A great option for those who, like us, want to have a quick, tasty and comfortable snack in the city center after walking. The service is excellent. I liked the beer too.

We stopped for dinner in the evening. They let us in here without an appointment. Pleasant interior and music. We took the first, second, and beer. Borscht is wonderful. My wife ordered Polish soup, like Goulashechnik - very interesting in taste and consistency, like gravy. It says it's sharp, but it's not really sharp))) Second. Beef cheeks with mashed potatoes are amazing!!! My wife ordered the witches. Here the filling in them seemed to us like in cheap store dumplings. Well, XS, maybe it's normal, and we just ate them for the first time and didn't understand anything about witchcraft))) Beer is a CREDIT!!! The visit was terribly overshadowed by a wall lamp that punched right into the right eye (visible in the photo). I got tired of dodging him and draped him with a napkin. About five minutes later, an employee came in, chatted a little about fire safety, but very kindly pulled out a light bulb and saved me from burning eyes! Thank you, kind man. Unfortunately, the waiter was in a gloomy mood, but maybe it just wasn't his day. Overall, it's a very good place! We recommend you to visit!

Arriving from St. Petersburg to my beloved Minsk, as an established tradition, we come here for a drink or take Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier and a couple of bottles of Belgian Kriek with us. The restaurant provides a good range of beer snacks for both large companies and individual positions of hot dishes. There are draniki. Delicious, satisfying. And of course, special thanks to the guys, the waiters and the guys behind the bar. They are sociable, they will help with the choice and tell you something else interesting. Initially, we did not plan to visit this institution, but in the next, advertised one, around the corner, there were no empty seats (and for five days in advance) It's a rainy evening, we're hungry, cold - thank you for sheltering and warming us up) Now about the main thing. We were offered seats (we were happy!) in a corner for three tables, they gave us a menu in English and forgot about us for a while, apparently they gave us time to translate), later the menu book was changed for us, of course. We gulped down borscht soup quickly, the draniki were very greasy, my husband also chose pork rinds and fried mushrooms), draft beer, tincture, normal. We didn't understand the service, the waiters were constantly changing., the feeling that the entire pub staff approached us) The prices are average among similar establishments in Minsk.

A restaurant in the very center of Minsk. The beer is delicious. The portions are really large - it's better not to take a lot, you can take 1 dish for 2 as an appetizer for beer. If you are considering shingles for testing, then this is not the best place. The shingles are big and super greasy, but the crust is not so necessary. This place is about beer.

I really enjoyed this amazing place! The interior is stylish and cozy, with thoughtful details. The cuisine pleases: the burgers are juicy, the snacks are interesting, everything is very fresh and delicious. A great pub with a real pub atmosphere in the center of old Minsk. It's cozy, with good music, a decent assortment of beers and delicious snacks. We went to this restaurant involuntarily, with a child, because everything was busy everywhere (January 7), but I really wanted to eat. The atmosphere of a brasserie, lots of beers. There is food too, I liked borscht, bread and butter, witches. The schnitzel is in breadcrumbs, we thought it would be just meat, and then there's the fryer. In general, "thank you" for sheltering and feeding, but there's nothing to do with the children there, it's a men's pub.

We visited with my husband at the beginning of May 2025 at lunchtime) The staff is polite and friendly. We were immediately heard and escorted to a hall where it was not too noisy. The order was also accepted quickly. In terms of food - 9 out of 10, they took solyanka and wizards with meat. The soup is delicious, the sour cream is awesome) the wizards brought hot, fragrant ones, the only thing that slightly spoiled the impression was the smell of salted barrel cucumbers, which were served with the wizards on a plate (perhaps a matter of taste), but the aroma from them was not very pleasant, although it did not prevent us from having a delicious lunch, we just pushed them away to the side. I really liked everything else, especially the tinctures and delicious tea)) If we visit Minsk again, we will definitely stop by)

I was in Minsk for the first time and Gambrinus was the first place I visited. The location is very convenient, the center. There is a summer porch, but if it's too hot, you can go down to the room. On the advice of the waiter, I ordered a drink that tasted very rich and pleasant. I ordered the sorcerer. It's the tastiest thing I've ever tasted! It's a stunningly delicious dish! This place is a rare happiness! It is one of the best places I have visited, not only in Russia or Belarus, but also in Europe as a whole. And believe me, I am not one of those who easily say "the best." Everything came together here: taste, atmosphere, soul! We wandered for almost an hour, choosing between dozens of boring places, and suddenly there it was, the very emerald among the gray stones. It became clear from the first minute: It's not just the cuisine - it's the care, the taste, the attention to detail. Tartare is the most tender, salmon seems to melt, tinctures are a separate delight. Everything is so thought out and balanced that you just want to shut up and enjoy. It's rare to find a place where you feel not just full, but grateful and caring for the visitors! You guys have created a miracle! And I sincerely, with respect and delight, take off my hat and bow low to you.

Indeed, the N1 brewery in Minsk. The dark is no worse than in the Czech Republic, and the husband was satisfied with the light. Excellent service and delicious food. Everything we took: tartare, beef carpaccio, cheeks (melted in the mouth), knuckle (for at least three people), fried camembert - everything was delicious without exception! Good afternoon. Nice brasserie. A good selection of imported draft beer. A wide range of bottled and canned hops. There are a lot of visitors, but there are also enough seats. The cuisine is not bad, although the range of snacks can be made and more. It is more focused on intoxicating foam. My wife and I shared a knuckle, ears and a brezel. It turned out to be quite comfortable for two people. Brecel came in with a bang! I will not give recommendations on beer, on taste and color. We chose PETRUS for ourselves. The delivery is fast considering the evening time. The waiter team works promptly and attentively. Thanks a lot to all the guys! I recommend.

On August 15th, the four of us had dinner at this restaurant. I was surprised by the large amount of beer on tap. We tried leffe, pauliner, hofbroy, grimbergen. All the beer was fresh. But its cost is adequate in modern times. The appetizers and the hot dishes were all very tasty. Personally, I really liked the fried capelin, my wife noted the salmon and shrimp paste. Schnitzel, dumplings, and other dishes were very worthy. The only thing I didn't like was the very long hot water supply. But they honestly warn about this when accepting an order. Although serving dumplings 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering is still unjustified. But the quality of the dishes is very good.
