The answer is sent to the service center (according to the legislation, sending to the service center is necessary only if warranty service is required after 14 days of use). In any case, checking such a box takes a few hours at most, the store has a deadline of a month. They were silent until Kaspi's managers got involved. Now they say that the box is stained and the box is torn. I will decide through Caspi and submit an application to e-today.
