A strange guy is standing at the equipment dispensation. We found out the conditions by phone, came from the other side of the city and told us from the doorstep that they didn't like us and they wouldn't give us anything. After reviewing the documents carefully, he seemed ready to issue them, but after that we decided to refuse.

You can only rent if you have an ordinary passport, an ID passport does not work, and if you are not in a family with an ordinary passport, is it impossible to take it?
