Not a bad hotel. The rooms are good enough! The location in Taksim is very convenient: two minutes from Istiklal Avenue (there are a lot of canteens, cafes and bars/pubs on it). My windows overlooked the courtyard. The room is a little dark - this is a minus, cleaned a little carelessly - this is also another one. Otherwise, everything is very good: friendly staff, ready to help (although not everyone speaks English well), breakfasts are quite hearty, Wi-Fi is stable. Thanks!

Terrible attitude towards customers, unprofessional and even unfair.
They cheat, be careful, check the correspondence of the rooms and the cost carefully - the staff and administration are very slippery.
Fairly outdated appliances, furniture, and interior.
Well, and, as a bonus, the rooms are very rarely cleaned, everything leaks, malfunctions, keeps on snot.
Price/quality discrepancy.
